Sea sponges are the most comfortable way to collect your blood. They form to your body, and once inserted, they are essentially undetectable until they’ve absorbed enough blood to have a little weight, at which time you can remove it, squeeze out the blood, and reinsert.

I carefully source these to ensure they are the highest quality, sustainably harvested sponges. Sea sponges are naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.

Each order comes with a sea sponge in a small cotton bag and a card with directions.

When properly cared for, sea sponges can be used for well over a year. Discoloration is normal. Most women decide at their own preference when to replace their sponge with a new one.

Note: These Sea Sponges are minimally processed for maximum quality. Specks of ocean debris like sand particles might be visible upon arrival, but a good initial cleaning will remove it.

Also… read instructions before cleaning. Sponges should not be placed in boiling water.
